We offer full diagnostic hearing assessments performed by qualified professionals and the best available products for a variety of hearing loss needs.

Description

Academy Hearing Centres is looking for a part-time Administrator to join our team. 

  • Part-time role
  • 2 days a week (within our regular hours – no evenings or weekends)
  • Potential for additional hours/days

Duties:

  • Excellent customer service managing and helping our clients
  • Taking client phone calls
  • Following-up with clients
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Assisting clients upon arrival with purchases or inquiries
  • Taking initiative on necessary tasks to increase efficiency, customer service and clinic performance
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Managing and coordinating client third-party funding
  • Cleanliness of the office
  • Managing orders for hearing aids and supplies
  • Effective and professional communication with clients, colleagues, management, manufacturers, etc.
  • Minor hearing aid maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of hearing aids is an asset
  • Experience in health care is an asset
  • A strong commitment to client care
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Ability and willingness to seek out opportunities
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with HearWare an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Interest in hearing aids and willingness to learn/do minor maintenance

Education Level

  • High-School Diploma
