COVID-19 Update

June 22, 2020

To limit drop-in traffic through the clinic, please contact us prior to stopping by so we can give you our undivided attention.

Appointments

  • In-clinic appointments are being scheduled on a priority basis
    • For potential repairs, we will troubleshoot over the phone or email to determine the need for an appointment and alternatively arrange a quick drop-off or pick-up of your device
  • Our doors are always locked to help manage physical distancing in the clinic
  • Clients will be asked to wear a mask prior to entering the clinic (our clinicians will also be wearing masks and sanitizing before, throughout, and after every appointment)
  • As clients arrive for their appointment, they will be welcomed safely into the clinic and asked to sanitize their hands
    • Appointment will be limited to one person at a time whenever possible

Adjustments and Supplies

  • Please call or email ahead for whatever you need so we can safely coordinate the best way to help
    • For pick-up or purchase of supplies like wax guards, domes, cleaning tools and batteries, we can often arrange for a quick, minimal-contact pick-up or mail-out

Doing Your Part

As we all do our part to keep each other safe, please post-pone visiting us if;

  • You or someone you have come in contact with has symptoms
  • You or someone you have come in contact with has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days
  • You or someone you have come in contact with is being assessed for or confirmed to have COVID-19
